The author-interviewer is a celebrity himself. David Rubenstein is a dollar millionaire and co-founder of one of the largest and most successful private equity firms in the world, the Carlyle Group. During the Jimmy Carter administration, Rubenstein was Deputy Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy.
